Loyalty discount
Long-term customers pay less every year. Starting in year 3, your rate decreases by 3% per year to a 75% floor in year 11.

Multi-year commitments
Lock in a discount for the life of the agreement. Signing a multi-year agreement also advances your loyalty clock by the length of the term, so committed customers reach the 75% loyalty floor years sooner.

How it works
Graduated brackets
Each bracket's per-node rate applies only to the nodes within it. A 500-node fleet pays 0 (first 100 free) + 150 × $144 + 250 × $132 = $54,600. The first 100 nodes are always free, no matter how large the fleet grows.
All features, every tier
Spanner federation, AI assistant, compliance export, RBAC, all 69 resource types. A license unlocks a node count — nothing else changes.
Hard node limit
The server enforces your licensed node count. Once you reach your limit, new enrollments are rejected until you upgrade or decommission existing nodes. No surprise overages.
Freely distributable agent
The agent binary is freely distributable. You pay for the server-side node count, not per agent install.
Grace period on expiry or downgrade
If your license expires or you install a smaller license on an existing fleet, you get a 30-day grace period. Full operation continues for 15 days with log and dashboard warnings. For the next 15 days, existing nodes keep working but new enrollments are blocked. After 30 days the server stops — agents continue converging offline using cached policy bundles. Renew or reduce your fleet at any point and the clock resets immediately.
Community tier stability
If we ever lower the Community tier node limit, the decrease won't apply to users already running Vigo under the Community tier. You keep the higher limit for as long as you continuously use the Software.
